Dr. Khan's journey began in Unnao, in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh — a region known across the world for its deep heritage in leather and hide craftsmanship. Growing up around this trade, he learned early that quality is not an accident. It is the result of knowing your material intimately: where it comes from, how it is handled, and what separates something made with care from something simply made to sell. Yet he saw the same natural materials that could produce genuinely healthy chews too often handled carelessly by an industry that treated pet products as an afterthought — vague labels, inconsistent quality, unreliable supply. Building from the source

He founded AlZoya Overseas AlZoya Overseas in Unnao as a dedicated manufacturing facility specialising in leather and collagen-based pet chews. Building an operation that could meet international standards meant long days on the factory floor, countless iterations to get texture, digestibility, and consistency right, and a refusal to ship anything he would not give to a dog of his own. Taking the vision to the world
With a manufacturing base he trusted, Dr. Khan set his sights beyond India. In the United Arab Emirates — one of the most pet-loving regions in the world — he founded Petrix Trading LLC Petrix Trading LLC in Dubai as the regional home of the group's premium chews and treats. In the United States, he established Petrix Petcare Inc. Petrix Petcare Inc. in California, carrying the same commitment to quality and honest sourcing into one of the most demanding pet markets on earth. Each step meant mastering new terrain — export regulations across continents, customs and compliance, logistics, and the expectations of very different customers — building an integrated group that stretches from a factory floor in India to shelves and doorsteps in the Gulf and the United States.
